David Erskine

David Erskine is a director of the Corporation. Mr. Erskine is an Independent Businessman. Mr. Erskine was President and Chief Executive Officer of CSS Industries Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company which primarily supplies holiday goods in North America from 1999 to June 2006. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, Mr. Erskine was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Scott Paper Limited, a company previously listed on the TSX, which manufactured hygienic paper products. Mr. Erskine received a BA from Muhlenberg College Allentown, Pennsylvania and an MBA Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Gordon R. Barefoot

Gordon Barefoot is a director of the Corporation and has been the President of Cabgor Management Inc. since 2005. Previously, Mr. Barefoot was Senior Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Terasen Inc. and held other senior vice-president roles from 1998 to 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Barefoot worked for Ernst & Young from 1979 to 1998 and became a partner of that firm in 1985. Mr. Barefoot is on the board of directors and is the chairman of the audit committee of Nventa Biopharmaceuticals Corporation, a TSX listed company. Mr. Barefoot is also Chairman of the board of trustees and chairman of the audit committee for AutoCanada Income Fund. Mr. Barefoot received a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Manitoba, is a Chartered Accountant and is a Certified Director and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

John Budreski

John Budreski is a director of EarthFirst and has been the Chief Executive Officer of Orion Securities Inc. and Orion Financial Inc., an investment dealer, since March 2005. Prior to March 2005, Mr. Budreski was a Managing Director in the Canadian Capital Structuring Group of Scotia Capital Inc., an investment dealer, and has held various other positions within this group since February 1998. Mr. Budreski was the head of Scotia Capital Inc.’s Institutional Equity Sales and Trading Division for the United States from May 1996 to February 1998. Prior to this, Mr. Budreski held similar responsibilities in New York for RBC Dominion Securities Corp., an investment dealer, from March 1994 to May 1996. Mr. Budreski was a Petroleum Engineer for five years with Dome Petroleum Ltd., an oil and gas company. Mr. Budreski received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary.

Gary Patterson

Gary Patterson is a director of EarthFirst. Mr. Patterson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of GAP Financial Ltd., a British Columbia based company which provides financial and business advisory services to corporations since June 2003. Mr. Patterson was Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Inwest Investments Ltd., and its wholly-owned real estate company, Wesbild Holdings Ltd. Mr. Patterson was also Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Future Shop Ltd., a retailer of consumer electronics products previously listed on the TSX, with broad responsibility for finance, accounting, real estate and public relations. Prior to joining Inwest Investments Ltd. in 1988, Mr. Patterson worked in the corporate finance department of Burns Fry Ltd., a Toronto based investment dealer, now BMO Nesbitt Burns. Before joining Burns Fry, Mr. Patterson served for seven years as Vice President, Finance of Vancouver based Intrawest Corp., a leading real estate developer and ski resort operator. Mr. Patterson was previously on the board of trustees of Art In Motion Income Fund and SUMMIT Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Patterson received a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University, New Brunswick. Mr. Patterson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Ron Percival

Ron Percival is Vice Chairman and a director of EarthFirst. Mr. Percival is a Director of the Independent Power Producers of British Columbia (IPPBC) and has served as the Chair of the IPPBC Wind Committee for the past three years. He is also the Co-Chair of the B.C. Wind Energy Association (BCWEA), and a member of the B.C. and Federal Caucus of the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA). He serves on the All-Party IPP Committee along with other invited IPPs and representatives of BC Hydro, First Nations and the provincial government. Mr. Percival was an organizer and host of an Alberta Wind Projects Tour provided to Energy and Mines Minister Richard Neufeld and other key decision makers and resource managers in July of 2003, and an organizer and host of the 2004 B.C. Wind Workshop co-sponsored by BC Hydro, BCTC and IPPBC. He was also a contributor to the workshop process which developed the B.C. Wind Tenure Policy, announced by the provincial government in 2005.

Robert J. Toole

Robert Toole is Vice Chairman and a director of EarthFirst and Founder and Managing Director of Creststreet Capital Corporation. Mr. Toole previously held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Creststreet Power & Income Fund LP and Creststreet Kettles Hill Windpower LP. In 2005, Mr. Toole was recognized by the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) with an award for Exceptional Achievement and Individual Leadership in the Canadian wind industry. Mr. Toole holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
